Who we are

What we collect

We collect the details you choose to send us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, organization, role, and the content of your enquiry. When a player, club, or agency engages us, we may process player and performance data needed to produce reports, benchmarks, and reviews.

We also collect limited technical information such as pages viewed, browser type, device type, approximate location, and referral source. This helps us understand how the public site is used and keep it secure.

How we use it

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver the services you ask for, operate Player Hub, prepare reports and analysis, arrange payment where a paid engagement applies, improve the public site, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data.

When we share it

We share data only when needed to run the service: hosting, storage, analytics, communications, and payment providers; a club, agency, or representative acting on the player's behalf; professional advisers; or authorities where the law requires it. Service providers process data on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.

Player data and organizations

Player Hub is a professional service. Where a club, agency, or academy provides player data, that organization is responsible for having the right to share it with us. Players and their representatives can contact us to ask what we hold and to exercise the rights described below. Academy or youth engagements require guardian consent where applicable.

International processing and retention

Some service providers may process data outside Indonesia. Where that happens, we use contractual and organizational safeguards appropriate to the transfer. We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and limited internal access to protect personal data. No system is completely secure; if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, or a portable copy. Player Hub sign-in uses essential session cookies. The marketing site enables optional analytics only after you accept the cookie notice; it does not use third-party advertising cookies.
